Dt466e cranks but wont start. . I get fuel out the shraeder with it depressed while actuating the hand primer. The ECM needs to be powered up as it allows the starter to crank. If the ecm is not booting up the starter will not crank. You can crank it over all day long but it won't fire. Fuel is still holding pressure and pump handle is hard.
